The Egyptian International
Publishing Company-Longman (EIPL) was established
in Cairo in 1982 as an Egyptain joint venture company.
Over the years, EIPL has developed into a major publisher of English
and Arabic books, in particular ELT textbooks for schools in Egypt. The English
language range covers all stages of education, from primary to university levels,
and includes vocational as well as ELT coursebooks.
The company provides a complementary teacher training service, and produces a range
of guidebooks to Egypt. EIPL's Arabic publications include a variety
of series of books for children, literary studies, a selection of titles by famous
authors, specialised trilingual dictionaries, a wide range of science stories and
other work. |
